Japanese Drumming For Kids
This taiko workshop is just for kids! The Junior Taiko Workshop is designed to introduce young students (ages 6 to 15 years old) to the art of Japanese drumming. Students will learn fundamental taiko techniques and rhythms, discover how to use their whole body to play, learn a short song together, and get to hit REALLY BIG DRUMS!
We’ll supply the drums and drumming accessories. Parents and caregivers are welcome to stay and watch the class. Advance registration is required.
